Resident Overview

We are glad to have you as one of our property residents.  We have served countless of satisfied tenants over the years.  Our goal is to continually earn your satisfaction with high quality residential services and a quality place to live.  Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your property.  We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8-5.

Emergencies: If you have a weekend or after-hours emergency, then call our office at (830) 643-0656.  Follow the recorded message as it will guide you to leave a message.  We will be alerted and someone will get back to you in short order.  Or if you can not leave a message you may call (830) 237-8982.

Remember: An emergency is any situation that could potentially cause bodily harm or injury to you or cause damage to the property and would require immediate attention.  Not all maintenance issues are considered an emergency.  However, if the situation is an extreme emergency requiring medical or other emergency care, then by all means call 911 first.

Residential Tab: Communication is an important part of any tenant/management relationship.  As a convenience and extra service, all tenants have a Residential portal where they can log-on to directly access their account so that they can keep track of their rent payments or be able to easily communicate with us on things like property repairs.  Go to the Residential tab to log-on or for more information about this feature.

Recommendations: Recommending your friends and contacts to our services is the highest form of a compliment.  If you know of someone who needs a home to rent, please have them contact our office.
