We are a third party property management company, which means we manage various types of property for individual independent property owners, ranging from a home owner to investors who own several types of residential or commercial properties.  Our properties include upscale resort vacation rentals, small apartments and other multiple dwelling properties, single family residential homes and larger commercial properties.  Needless to say, we have a continual need for various types of trades and services to help us maintain and repair these properties.  Our ultimate responsibility is to the property owners, therefore we seek vendors who can consistently deliver a quality service in a timely manner, at a competitive cost.  If you can help us deliver good service to our owners, we can help you with work.  If you would like to register with us please fill out the application for an interview.  Please be sure to give us complete information about your skills or products.
